Richard Popplewell Pullan was a British architect and archaeologist. In 1859, he married the sister of the British architect and designer William Burges (1827–1881). After Burges’s death in April 1881, he completed the Arab Room at Cardiff Castle in Wales, designed by Burges on behalf of the 3rd Marquess of Bute (1847–1900).
