    Die Skizze zeigt ein schrankähnliches Objekt mit Kreuz, vegetabilen Formen (Ast, Blätter) und zwei runden Dallglasstücken auf der zentralen Achse. Möglicherweise handelt es sich um ein Tabernakel, alternativ um ein Kreuz mit Aufsteller für die Präsentation auf einem Altar.

    Die Skizze zeigt ein liturgisches Objekt, das von Glasmaler und Künstler Heinrich Stäubli in Eisen und mit kristallförmigen zugeschlagenen Dallglasstücken vorgesehen war. Eine Anmerkung auf der Rückseite der Skizze lässt darauf schliessen, dass das Objekt ausgeführt wurde. Nach dem Entwurf von Stäubli ausgeführte Kreuzskulpturen und Kerzenständer mit Dallglasbesatz finden sich heute zum Beispiel in den Abdankungsräumen des Friedhofs Feldi in St. Gallen, im Pfarrheim St. Otmar in St. Gallen und in der katholischen Schutzengelkirche in Engelburg SG.
