La Vierge, debout, tient l’Enfant Jésus dans son bras gauche. Tous deux sont couronnés. Elle porte des cicatrices sur sa joue droite (signes de la profanation de l’icône polonaise au XVe siècle). Au-dessus apparaît un coeur.
