Marie et Joseph se tiennent de chaque côté de la mangeoire où est couché l’Enfant Jésus / Marie, assise sur l’âne et tenant l’Enfant Jésus dans ses bras, est à côté de Joseph : ils fuient vers l’Egypte / Joseph tient la main de Marie pour lui passer la bague au doigt / Joseph est assis et rêve. Un ange lui apparaît et lui conseille d’accepter sa mission (de haut en bas et de droite à gauche).
