    Die hochrechteckige Monolith-Scheibe zeigt im Hauptbild das Wappenbild von Frauenfeld: Auf weissem Grund wird ein roter Löwe von einer Frau an der Kette gehalten. Der Hintergrund ist blau. Im unteren gelben Bereich ist die Inschrift eingefügt.
