    Die hochrechteckige Monolith-Scheibe weist unten einen horizontalen Bereich mit der Inschrift auf. Darüber befindet sich das Bildfeld: auf blauem Grund ist das Wappen der Feldschützengesellschaft Erzenholz zu sehen. Es handelt sich dabei um die Schweizer Schildform mit verlängerten und spitz zulaufenden seitlichen und unterem Abschluss.
