    Die rechteckige Scheibe weist einen dunkelroten Grund auf, darauf liegt die Darstellung des Wappens von Arbon auf. Über dem Wappen befindet sich ein Inschriftenband mit der Bezeichnung des Wappens.

    Wappen Arbon, Bezirk: In Silber auf grünem Berg ein roter Baum mit gekreuzten Hauptästen und vier Blättern; darauf in einem roten Nest zwei junge und stehend ein alter Vogel, ein vierter stürzt ab; alle schwarz. Im silbernen Schildfuss zwei nach links schwimmende, blaue Fische.

    Die Scheibe gehört zusammen mit weiteren sieben (vgl. TG_2132, TG_2535, TG_2512, TG_2511, TG_2502, TG_2503 und TG_2504) zu einer Serie von Wappenscheiben der alten Bezirke. Die Serie wurde zu einem unbekannten Zeitpunkt in das Hotel Adler in Ermatingen geschenkt.
